Is it Just Me?

These pop-ups keep happening - and, besides being beyond annoying, I think they're some kinda subliminal plot to make us associate terrorists with Obama-rama or something.
Every single one of these has this same scary Al Qaeda looking guy with a caption that is something to the tune of "Obama Wants Mother's to Return to School!" or "Obama Unveils National Health Insurance Plan" but, they've got these uber-scary mug shots of some guys that I'm pretty sure were involved in 911 or something.
I'm just curious about the thinking behind these things, that's all.
Is it just me?
